Moorhouse and Greenwood seem to have had a conversation while walking around the new sixties Salford which replaced that of Greenwood’s childhood. A number of Greenwood’s precise comments are recorded, though there is also much (I think mainly acute) interpretation of Greenwood’s life and writing as it related to Salford as his ‘home’, by the charismatic, prolific and varied writer and journalist, Geoffrey Moorhouse.
